Organized by Ebeltoft Germany/Gruppe Nymphenburg, the Neuromarketing Conference 2012 will guide you through one of the most fascinating areas of current brain research and, at the same time, will provide you with valuable tips as to how you can implement this knowledge in your Customer Experience Management (CEM).
Ebeltoft Group will be represented during the retail conference "Handelswerbe Gipfel 2012" in Wiesbaden, Germany. Some of the main topics of the event are; Retail Advertising in times of global changes and 10 Big Ideas for the Future of Retail Communication.

What's in-store for the future of retail?
Ebeltoft Australia/ Retail Doctor Group organizes its first of this year event of their frequently organized Breakfast series. During this event several speakers will share research findings, insights, global and domestic case studies and present on how to implement practical solutions to improve retailers performance.
Furthermore, Brian Walker and Katharina Kuehn will present the latest Ebeltoft Group Retail Innovations study as well as local trends and research from the RDG Australian Retail Consumer Study 2012.
After our meeting in Shanghai, the Ebeltoft Group will get together for the 2nd meeting of this year in Bucharest, Romania to present and discuss the latest hot topics from the retail industry and insightful local developments.
During the 3 day meeting central themes will be Multi-Channel strategy, e-tailing, Shopper Marketing and Retail Due Diligence.
Ebeltoft Romania/ ABS will organize a round table event to present the 2011 Global Trust Research.
During the event Ebeltoft members from around the world will present the research, elaborate on the insight and learnings and discus with 15 top retailers how they can take advantage from the insight and international best practice approaches.

How are retailers making the difference to win customers? The Retail Innovation category of the World Retail Awards offers many examples of how retailers around the world and across different categories are finding a new angle on traditional formats or even inventing completely new solutions that can deliver retail leadership.
During this one hour session we will present on the insight and learnings from the Ebeltoft Group as well as the very best entries of the Retail Innovations trends from the 2011 research. The session will be moderated by the CEO Ebeltoft Italy, Fabrizio Valente.
The World Retail Congress
More than 1.200 retail managers from all over the world will come together during the annual Retail Congress in Berlin, Germany and Ebeltoft Group companies from around the world will be attending the different session and presentaions to share our insight and experiance.
As in previous years, several directors of Ebeltoft Group will form of the Expert jury for the Retail Innovations Award and will select the 6 most interesting cases that will compete for the final Award.
Digitailing is the 1st International Forum on Digital Retailing in Brazil. Gathering a senior level audience, the event is the place where business leaders will meet to discuss the present and future of e-commerce, mobile and multichannel retailing in the Brazilian market.
Top notch retailers will present their business cases: Groupon, Saraiva, Magazine Luiza, Nova Pontocom (Casas Bahia / Ponto Frio / Extra.com.br) and cross-channel experts (Jim Okamura from Ebeltoft USA, among others) will present best practices based on their experience and cases.
Digitailing will also present, first hand, the 2nd global Neoconsumer study, developed by Ebeltoft Brazil (GS&MD - Gouvêa de Souza) and Ebeltoft Group in 15 countries to evaluate how consumers have brought digital tools to their shopping process.

Ebeltoft will be represented during the Global DIY Summit in Brussels where we present our Global Sustainability Study.
The study, conducted in 17 countries, creates understanding of issues as consumer’s approach on sustainability and how this can influence consumption behavior.

The International Forum of Networks of Franchises and Business is an event held by the Brazilian member of Ebeltoft (GS&MD - Gouvea de Souza). Its first edition in 2010 had as main focus "Excellence in managing networks of franchises and business in the international landscape" and included cases of major Brazilian networks of franchises, and one of the world's experts in franchising: the Australian Greg Nathan master Psychology and education entrepreneurial
During the first edition of this new Retail event, with a pure focus on E-Commerce, the Associate Member of Ebeltoft, Okamura Consulting, presented new insights in the area of Cross-Channel and E-Commerce. Some of the topics of the presentations were; From E-commerce to Cross-channel: Integrated customer experience, International e-commerce and Organization Design for cross-channel retailing.
The Retail Doctor from Australia and J.C. Williams from Canada represented the Ebeltoft Group at this years World Congress in Hong Kong.

The German EHI Retail Marketing Forum, held for the 5th time in Cologne, deals with new marketing tools and approaches in retail. Ebeltoft holds a session on this conference with 3 international retail case studies.
For the 3rd time, Gruppe Nymphenburg invited to the Neuromarketing congress to the BMW World in Munich. The goal of Consumer Empathy is to really understand the wishes and feelings of the customers.
